For many years I have eaten only Familia Original Cereal for breakfast. Some years ago my father and I actually toured the plant in Switzerland and was very impressed. Recently I have not been able to purchase this in our local stores so decided to check out Amazon.com. Thankfully I found it and was able to order it, and have it come on a regular basis. We have already finished our first order and are looking for our next. We have shared a couple boxes with friends who also found the product very tasty. After I had a colonscopy, I was informed that I had diverticulosis. I was told that more than half the population develops this condition because most people do not have sufficient fiber in their diet, which should be about 30 grams per day. Diverticulosis can become a potentially hazardous condition called diverticulitis and if not reversed may require surgery. One day while grocery shopping, I saw Fiber One and Kellogg’s fiber bars, tried them and put myself on a three-a-day ration. Actually, I’m doing this more for medicinal purposes than for taste. I do like the bars, however, and they’re a great replacement for dessert and/or sweet tooth. Now I’m ordering different flavors every three months in bulk (it’s cheaper). It took my body about six weeks to become accustomed to the increased fiber, but well worth it. The bars do produce a lot of intestinal gas, so one needs to start introducing the added fiber slowly and then try to maintain a goal of 30 grams a day.

Currently, this is the only K-Cup 50 pack listed as "mild" on Amazon. I was expecting something with only a little flavor and bitterness, but these K-Cups surprised me. They’re not as strong as the bold or extra bold flavors, but the difference is reasonably subtle. They’re certainly not bland or tasteless. Also, they do taste to me a little sweet and smoky – just as they are described above.
A note about packaging: when I bought a Coffee People 50 pack from Amazon, the K-Cups came in only one box – a thick, corrugated cardboard Coffee People box. Amazon just stuck the mailing labels on the box and gave it to USPS. When this coffee arrived, the K-Cups were in a thin Timothy’s cardboard box, which Amazon had put inside one of their standard corrugated cardboard boxes. The upshot is that these Timothy’s 50 packs are mailed double-boxed, unlike the Coffee People 50 packs, and so it seems less likely that the Timothy’s 50 packs will get damaged in the mail.

These are actually very good, and very easy to make (just add 1/4 cup of water, mix, microwave for a minute and you’re good to go). Having a few kids I’m pretty busy a lot of the times and this is one of the quick ways for me to indulge something I love which is chocolate and at the same time my kids like it as well. I also enjoy cakes that are nice and moist, and this does it for me. I ordered a pack here at Amazon and now I’m thinking about getting the fudge ones, they should be just as good! A+ all the away!

These are the best I’ve had in the U.S. If you crave good mochi, get these. The mochi is soft and fresh, the fillings are very tasty. I especially like the peanut and sesame flavors. As I write this, I note that this sampler is not available. I hope that changes soon: I need to replenish my stock.
